Ingredients
  

  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 16 slices white bread crusts removed
  • 3/4 cup butter melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Using a hand mixer, whip together the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy. In a separate shallow bowl, stir the sugar and cinnamon together until well combined. Place the melted butter into another bowl for dipping. Lay out the slices of bread and, using a rolling pin, flatten each piece evenly. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture over each slice, roll tightly, then immerse each roll first in the melted butter followed by a thorough coating in the cinnamon sugar blend. Arrange the prepared rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Transfer the sheet to an oven preheated to 350°F and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
